Andrew is the best! Communication was super easy and he was always very responsive whenever we had a question. We really appreciated all of the personal touches throughout the process as well. As first time home buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better person to work with - he made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We cannot thank Andrew enough for everything! I can’t say enough about my experience with Andrew and the New American Funding team. This was my first home purchase so I was flying blind, but Andrew made us feel comfortable and like we knew what we were doing. Laying your finances out to a stranger is uncomfortable, but not with Andrew. He made us feel comfortable from the start and we had the most competitive rate with him! Whenever we wanted to crunch numbers on a house we liked, he had that and a video explaining our options to us within hours. He’s someone you want on your side. When we went under contract, his team was super helpful and responsive (thanks Jesse!), and they sent thoughtful gifts along the way like flowers, a measuring stick, and moving boxes. I can’t recommend them enough.

Hands downs one the top lenders I have worked with. My husband and I refinanced our own property a couple years ago. We have recommended New American Funding to many of our clients, as the customer service is top notch. We love that New American Services all their loans and does not sell them.

Mandy was approachable and friendly from the beginning. I always had the sense that she had our best interests at heart, and she was willing to be honest and forthright about our loan and the current housing market, and also willing to give rough estimates of her best guess at uncertain numbers during a period of high volatility. She was also a calming and helpful voice during a last-minute snag just before closing, and it is only through her help that we were able to close successfully. I'd instantly give Mandy a full-throated recommendation to friends and family.

Chris Burgess was in complete control of our loan process. It got sticky at times and he did whatever needed to be done to get us to close. Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Phone tree sends you in loops, getting an agent is pointless because they don't care or just don't know what they're doing Avoid this lender... they are definitely NOT WORTH YOUR TIME
